PRIVATE OFFICES FOR MIDLAND AND ODESSA BUSINESSES

Run your business, not a building.

Owners here get stuck running an office instead of running their business. PetroSuites offers private offices at two Midland locations, on clear terms, so you can get back to the work that matters.

  • Private offices from $720/month on a 12-month term
  • Try it first: a free office for a day or a free conference-room booking
WHAT'S AT STAKE

Your hours belong to the business.

  • Hours every week spent running a building instead of your business
  • A multi-year lease signed for a crew you don't have yet, or have already outgrown
  • Clients meeting you at a coffee shop or your kitchen table

Your private office is furnished and ready when you walk in. Your hours go to customers, crews and the next job.

Your clients walk into a real office

A private office in a quiet workspace, a conference room on site when a client comes in, and free parking for your guests.

Terms you understood before you signed

One monthly price for your office, a term from month-to-month to 12 months, and every fee spelled out in the FAQ below.

WHO WORKS HERE

Built for businesses that do the work.

Energy companies

Offices for your owners, landmen, engineers or office staff, from one office to several, on terms your office manager can keep in order. Add an office when the crew grows, subject to availability.

Local businesses

Move the business off the kitchen table and out of the truck cab. Get a real office for your business, with a room to meet your customers.

FOR PRACTICES

Your clients walk into a private office.

Not a cafe. Not your living room. A private office in a quiet workspace, where clients come in and sit down with you.

Counseling, therapy and wellness practices

See clients in your own private office with a door that closes, in a quiet workspace. Your clients park free and walk straight in.

Solo law practices

Meet clients in your own office, and book a conference room on site when the meeting needs more seats.

THE MOVE-IN PLAN

Three steps to your own office.

  1. Schedule a tour
See the open offices at Downtown or ClayDesta and pick what fits. Not ready to tour? Try it first, free.
  2. Pick the office that fits
One office or several, at the location that suits your business, on the term that fits your plans.
  3. Move in. Run your business.
Your office runs in the background. You get back to the work.
FROM RUNNING A BUILDING TO RUNNING THE BUSINESS

The people doing the hardest work shouldn't have to be property managers too.

You built your business by doing the work. But the moment you need an office, you are asked to become a property manager: a lease sized for a crew you may not have, an empty space to furnish, and a list of upkeep that never ends. Meanwhile your clients meet you at a coffee shop, and the setting makes your business look smaller than it is.

PetroSuites has run private offices in Midland since 2017, at Downtown and ClayDesta. You pick one office or several, on a term from month-to-month to 12 months. Your office is furnished and quiet, and there is a conference room on site when a client comes in.

You walk in, sit down and get to work. Your clients see a real office. And your hours go back to the business you started.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Frequently asked.

  • How does the free start work? If you are considering a private office, choose one: a free office for a day or a free conference-room booking. After that, a day office is $60 for non-members and a meeting room is $50 an hour.
  • When can I use a day office? Weekdays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central, excluding holidays. Book online; no tour needed. Cancel at least 4 hours ahead.
  • Do you have an office in Odessa? No. Both locations are in Midland: Downtown and ClayDesta.
  • Can I add an office as we grow? Yes, subject to availability. Each added office has its own setup fee and retainer.
  • Can I see clients in my office? Yes. Your office is private to your practice, in a quiet workspace, and clients park free. If your profession has rules about client space, bring them on your tour and check the office against them.
  • What if I need a bigger room for a meeting? Book a conference room at either location. Rooms seat up to 12; your monthly credits cover the first hours.
  • What does a private office cost? Private offices start at $720/month on a 12-month term. Your price depends on the office and the term you choose, and shorter terms cost more per month. For example, one ClayDesta office lists at $720/month on a 12-month term, $860 on 6 months, $1,030 on 3 months and $1,230 month-to-month.
  • What terms can I choose? Month-to-month, 3, 6 or 12 months. Memberships renew automatically for the same term.
  • What is due when I sign? A one-time $300 setup fee for the suite, a security retainer equal to one month of the published dues for that suite and term, and your first month's dues. Dues are paid monthly in advance.
  • How does billing work? Dues bill on your start-date anniversary each month, not on the 1st. A partial month is prorated by the actual days in that billing period. ACH payments have no fee; card payments add 3.5%.
  • How do I cancel? New agreements need 30 days' notice. Dues run through the end of the term you chose. If you need to leave early, ask about a buyout: it is calculated at the shorter-term rate for the time you actually used, and the security retainer is forfeited.
  • Are the offices furnished? Yes. If you want to bring your own furniture, unfurnished offices are available by request and approval, and a fee applies.
  • Can I get in after hours? Yes. Members have 24/7 access.
  • Is someone on site? A PetroSuites team member covers both locations and is never more than 10 minutes away.
  • Are meeting rooms included? Each primary member gets two pooled usage credits per billing month, and each paid co-member adds two. One credit covers one meeting-room hour or one office day, at either location. Credits expire monthly. After that, members pay $35 an hour for a meeting room or $35 a day for a day office.
  • Can more than one person use my office? Yes. A suite holds up to four registered users: you plus up to three co-members, each with their own access. Co-members are $100/month each on a 12-month term ($150 on 6 months, $175 on 3 months, $200 month-to-month).
  • Where are you? Downtown at 701 B W. Indiana Ave., and ClayDesta at 15 Smith Rd. in the Apex Building. Both are in Midland, and guest parking is free at both. Call 432-704-5190.
  • How long is a tour? 30 minutes in person, or 15 minutes by video.
  • Which offices are open right now? See the floor plans and current availability at /availability.
