- Walk in, work, walk outFurnished office, fast internet, parking. Standard use is 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Central on weekdays, excluding PetroSuites holidays. Special arrangements require a manager exception.

- $60/day for non-members; $35/day for members after available credits. One pooled credit covers one day, including for Virtual Office members.
- Both locations have day-use offices. Downtown sits in the energy-services corridor; ClayDesta is closer to Loop 250 with quieter pre-meeting parking.
- Office-for-a-day hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Central, excluding PetroSuites holidays. A manager may approve a special arrangement; regular-member access is a separate entitlement.
