- Pick the office that fitsSquare footage, office features, location, and commitment length. We confirm the monthly dues, $300 suite setup fee, and term-specific security retainer.

- Both locations are open 24/7 for members. Front desk is staffed Mon-Fri, 8-5.
- Furnished private offices include a desk, chair, and locking storage. Business-grade Wi-Fi is included.
- Mail is accepted and handled at the front desk. Members can also book a private mailbox.
- Memberships automatically renew for the same commitment length. Agreed renewal increases apply separately from published catalog prices.
- New agreements require 30 days' cancellation notice; dues remain payable through the agreed commitment unless a documented buyout applies. Existing signed notice terms remain in force until renewal or amendment.
- Each primary member receives two pooled usage credits per billing month; each paid co-member adds two. Credits cover meeting-room hours or office-for-a-day days and expire monthly.
