- Non-members pay $50/hour; members pay $35/hour after available credits. Each credit covers one hour, usable at either location. Bookings use a minimum 30-minute increment, rounded upward.
- Suite and Virtual Office members receive two pooled usage credits per primary member each billing month; paid co-members add two each. Optional packages provide four additional credits for $100 per billing month.
- Cancel with at least four hours' notice without losing credits or paying a usage charge. Later cancellation or a no-show forfeits booked credits; uncovered time is charged at its normal rate without double charging.
- The conference rooms at both locations have Barco ClickShare wireless screen share, a built-in room camera and a speakerphone for Zoom or Teams. The Downtown meeting room has an HDMI-connected TV.
- Every room is furnished with a conference table, comfortable seating and a whiteboard. Business-grade Wi-Fi, the Keurig coffee bar, filtered water and lounge access are included. Outside food and drink are welcome.
- Guest parking is free and on site at both locations.
