MEETING ROOMS FOR LAW FIRMS

Your firm's room in Midland, booked on your schedule.

PetroSuites rents private meeting rooms by the hour at two Midland locations, so you can hold your client meeting, deposition or mediation on your schedule instead of in a borrowed room.

  • Conference rooms for up to 12 at Downtown and ClayDesta
  • A built-in camera in the Downtown Conference Room for remote counsel
  • New customers: your first hour is on us
WHAT'S AT STAKE

Don't let the venue become the problem.

  • A deposition or meeting interrupted by noise or a dropped video connection
  • A client or witness meeting in a hotel lobby or on the other side's turf
  • A lost day, and another trip to Midland, if the session has to be rescheduled
WHAT CHANGES

Run the day on your terms.

Hold the room for your day

Book the hours your day needs, or several days in a row. The room is private, the door closes, and the time is yours.

Everyone knows where to go

Your team, your client and your witnesses get the address, parking and Wi-Fi details before they leave, not guesses.

Treat your client well

A quiet, professional room, not a hotel lobby or the other side's office, for people having a hard day.

THE MIDLAND ROOM PLAN

Three steps to your room in Midland.

  1. Reserve the room
Pick the location, date and hours online, or have your assistant call 432-704-5190.
  2. Send the details
Forward your confirmation to your team, client and witnesses. It has the address, parking and Wi-Fi details.
  3. Hold your meeting
A private, quiet room for the hours you booked, with a camera for remote participants in the Downtown Conference Room.
WHY IT MATTERS

Important conversations deserve a professional room.

When a case brings you to Midland, the day still has to run the way it would in your own office. But your firm doesn't have a room here, and the usual fallbacks -- a hotel meeting room, a borrowed office, the other side's conference table -- leave the setting to chance and your client on someone else's ground.

PetroSuites has run professional workspace in Midland since 2017. Private meeting rooms are booked by the hour at Downtown and ClayDesta, in quiet buildings with free guest parking. Your confirmation carries what your people need to find the room, and the Downtown Conference Room adds a built-in camera for anyone joining remotely.

So your team arrives knowing where to go, your client sits down in a professional room, and the day runs on your schedule. The next time the case brings you back, you already have a room in Midland.
